A selected cultivated variety of Crassula Ovata, the standard jade plant.
The leaves and branches are smaller than Crassula Ovata. It is also a slower growing variety and stays compact in form and habit.

Flowers As a general rule, Jade's flower late autumn to early winter with small pinkish white flowers appearing on the top of the plant. Crosby Red is not as prolific in its flowering as the standard Crassula Ovata or common Jade. Height If grown in the ground, it could possibly reach 80cm in height. Height is restricted by containerisation and container size. Usage Outstanding small to medium container plant. Ideal inground plant for dry gardens where space is restricted and you can protect the plant from frost. Crosby Red makes an excellent indoor plant in a bright, well lit position.
